At Bling Blooms we take great care when sending your arrangement and quality is of utmost importance to us. Plus thanks to a unique style of hat box especially designed for us, unlike many other florists we are able to send your roses above the line of the hat box ready to be displayed (and NOT hidden inside the box). The box also means that your roses are secure and packaged beautifully, making the perfect gift for your loved one.
Express Next Day Delivery - available when ordered before midday, Monday to Thursday. Select Express Delivery at checkout.
Please note that our Express Delivery option applies to bookings made between Monday and Thursday only. Express bookings made on Friday requiring next day delivery (Saturday) require selecting Saturday Special Order delivery.
Express bookings made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
We aim to deliver within 2 to 4 business days subject to demand and product ordered. All weekend deliveries must be ordered before the closest Thursday to the delivery weekend.
If you have a specific delivery date, please note this at check out or call us to confirm availability on 07391 490924, we will try out=r best to accommodate urgent requirements where at all possible.
Current delivery rates are as follows:
Weekday Anytime - £7.95
Weekday Any Day am (before midday) - £15 (mainland England only)
Express Next Day (must be ordered before noon day before) - from £25
Saturday or Sunday Anytime by special order - £30 to £40
Free collection from our workshop is available by request.

As each of our floral arrangements is custom made to order to our client's requirements, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately on 07391 490924. We will require photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging in order to assess the best course of action.
It is the customer's full responsibility to return the product and we therefore recommend using a courier with a tracking service, the product must be unused and in all it's original packaging.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received, the claim will be assessed and if deemed faulty a replacement or full refund will be issued in accordance with the customer's preference.
