Refund Policy

Each of our floral arrangements is custom made to order to our client's requirements, we are therefore unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately on 07391 490924.  We will require photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging in order to assess the best course of action. Please email your photo's to hello@blingblooms.com

It is the customer's full responsibility to return the product and we therefore recommend using a courier with a tracking service, the product must be unused and in all it's original packaging.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Once the product is received, the claim will be assessed and if deemed faulty a replacement or full refund will be issued in accordance with the customer's preference.
