Each of our floral arrangements is custom made to order to our customer's unique requirements, we are therefore unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.
Returns process - Damaged goods
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately on 07391 490924. We will require photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging in order to assess the best course of action. Please email your photo's to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
It is the customer's full responsibility to return the product and we therefore recommend using a courier with a tracking service, the product must be unused and in all its original packaging.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received, the claim will be assessed and if deemed faulty a replacement or full refund will be issued in accordance with the customer's preference.
Unfortunately things do go wrong sometimes within the postal and courier network and we can only apologise on the very rare occasion this happens. Please rest assured that the situation will be resolved for you, but there is a process that needs to be followed in order for this to happen. There are set amounts of working days specified by our delivery partners that have to pass before we are able to declare an item as missing, when we are able to do this, if the situation hasn't already been resolved, you will be compensated for the missing item in the form of a re-ship.
Due to the unique nature of every arrangement we are unable to cancel an order once received and work started. Generally, the process of creating an arrangement from Monday and to Friday. At exceptionally busy times, arrangements will be made over the weekend.
If you have (1) placed an order by mistake and (2) notify us prior to order commencement, there will be a cancellation for convenience fee of 3.0% of the amount paid. This fee represents the monetary difference between the order value placed by you and the payment provider fees credited to us.
Such refund will be at the sole discretion of Bling Blooms management.
